2014 “Live in the NOW”
It is the 5th day of 2014 and most people are getting back to their daily schedule from a long break. Children are going back to school, the daily routine is back and stress will slowly built up again. However, we all know, stress is not a necessity. Easier said than lived! A great way to deal with stress is to try to stay in the moment. I know, not easy! Practicing yoga, studying a music instrument can be a very good way to learn that only NOW counts. I wish all of you in 2014 to live in the now. To breathe deeply and take the time to excel all the air in your laughs before taking another deep breath. Now, smile….
